Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in developing quality products and services, preferably in systems and backend services
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in C/C++, Java or C# - in multi-threaded or concurrent environments
• Strong CS and engineering fundamentals and ability/interest in learning new technologies
• Experience in designing/implementing distributed systems, metadata management, databases and multi-threaded programming is preferred.
• Great design and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for quality and engineering excellence at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in systems programming, operating systems including high-performance distributed storage, networking and protocols like TCP/IP, iSCSI, NVMe is a plus
• Experience with cloud services and security is a definitely plus.
