Role & Responsibilities

•  Responsible for Testing and Validation of DELMIA Process Planning Suite of Software Applications - Manufacturing Items/Process Management, Process Planning, WorkInstructions, Fastener Management, Plant Layout & Factory Flow Simulation

•  Responsible for all levels of testing, from maintenance releases to major releases with new features. Participate in the Go/No-Go release readiness decision and risk assessments.

•  Leverage Customer usage and end user feedback to improve test effectiveness of DELMIA Applications

•  Identify and report software defects to Software Engineer with severity definition

•  Verify Internal Defect fixes and quality exit criteria

•  Benchmark DELMIA Process Planning software with other competitive software and define enhancement requests for the product

•  Provide Trainings and assist Technical Sales team on DELMIA Process Planning Applications on a need basis

Qualifications/Experience

•  Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Mechanical/Industrial Production/Automobile/Aeronautical having experience of 1 to 4 years in Manufacturing or Service Engineering Domain.

•  Experience in MBOM, Process planning, Work Instructions, Assembly Evaluation, PFMEA, DFMEA, ECN/ECR, Plant layout design, configuration management

•  Minimum 1+ years of experience PLM Digital Manufacturing software like DELMIA/Team center/Windchill/SAP/Oracle

•  Understanding/knowledge on ERP, Digital twin, PLM, PDM process.

•  Having good knowledge on Quality assurance or software testing or automation testing will be added advantage

•  Certification on 3DExperience platform or any other equivalent PLM platform will be the added advantage
