Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include:- Product Competitive Analysis including variance and solving algebra problems to solve for variables such as what target margin we would need to be at to beat any given competitor Identifying best new products to offer based on review of competitors and popularity data from other sources Vendor price comparison- Shipping and logistics comparisons-
• Actively participate in discussions on solution options and business partner decision-making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture.
• We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable.
• The Client Analyst will need to develop strong knowledge of our products and services, be ready to explain the benefit of different options and influence client decisions, as well as capture client feedback and requirements to help with future developments (working with the Product function).
• Knowledge Management: - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the business, processes, applications, information and data.
• Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Senior Business Stakeholders to ensure that solutions fulfil their future strategic needs and challenges Business Process Owners to develop and maintain the business relationship, support business process change and act as point of contact for deployment and change Site Business customers to identify business needs, mentor local manufacturing staff, and effectively communicate impact, cost and benefits of new and changed demands IT Delivery and Support to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective testing so that the solutions delivered to the business are efficient and effective, meeting the customer experience expectations.
