Roles and Responsibilities

• Quality Analyst will be responsible to monitor and ensure the accuracy of the operational activities & events performed on daily basis by audits & process improvement activities. The job involves auditing the operations teams, suggesting and implementing process improvements, support in system improvements and report on the emerging trends of the process performance. He/she will be the first point of contact for process related queries for associates within the team.
• Ensures accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring Conducting quality calibrations both internally and externally as well and maintain record of the same
• Should be able to identify and highlight any improvement/opportunity & drives process/system improvements basis ongoing trends/gaps identified
• Should be able to publish daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly dashboards.
• Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures, developing new models and implementing changes.
