Relevant Experience Required

 4 to 8 Years of practical experience in paint Shop, assembly line & utilities Layout building.

 Manufacturing / Shop floor experience preferred.

 Exposure to Layout Preparation Using Factory CAD / Micro station / NX-Line Designer is a must. (3D 2D Layout)

 New technology introduction for supporting the desirable Manufacturing process in paint shops.

 Should have experience in equipment placing and area consideration for Paint shops.

 Good communication & Analytical skills

 Must be Quality Conscious and produce the Layouts 100% error free as per Standards

 Onsite / Practical manufacturing and installation experience is preferred

 Candidates with understanding of Energy management and Sustainability are preferred

 Update layouts based on scanned factory data

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop Layouts with Installation Sheets/Safety fence/Controller/Utility drops/cable tray etc

2. Identify, Document and maintain the required methods.

3. Build 3D Factory CAD Layouts as per OEM Standards

4. Proactively Identification of defects and planning for rectification.

5. New technology introduction for supporting the desirable Manufacturing process in paint shops.

6. Capacity expansion for existing set-up by Bottleneck identification & elimination by Process Improvement & cycle time reduction

Qualification Required: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree – Mech, Electrical
