

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of embedded
hardware systems, including schematic capture, PCB layout, component
selection, and system integration.
• Hardware Architecture: Define and refine the hardware architecture for
embedded systems, considering factors such as power consumption, thermal
management, size constraints, and performance requirements.
• Component Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of hardware components,
including microcontrollers, sensors, interfaces, and communication modules, to identify the most suitable options for specific project requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to
ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of embedded hardware
designs. Analyze and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with cross-functional
teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior
engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Drive
innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, including design
specifications, test procedures, and technical reports, to effectively communicate
project progress, findings, and recommendations.
