You will:

• Have a successful track record of designing and implementing cloud services to be deployed into multiple CX pipeline
• Designing and implementing cloud-based applications and services using Agile principles
• Proven aptitude for implementing cloud services and automating infrastructure development such as IaaS and CI/CD in the cloud
• Design and develop integration strategies for both internal and external infrastructure by automating the deployment and management of infrastructure using code (IAC)
• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based solutions
• Ensure software is held to our quality standards - writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and participate in the evolution of product and service requirements
• Staying up to date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends

You will have the following skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• Seven to Ten years of relevant work experience
• Strong experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, SaaS/PaaS architecture and implementing loosely coupled micro services
• A keen ability to help problem solve, identify solutions and develop innovative services to be deployed into multiple CX pipelines
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) with frameworks like CDK or Serverless and tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript or Java
• Expertise with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and tools like Jenkins or cloud provide CI/CD tools
• Agile project management tools such as Jira, confluence and source code management tools such as Git/GitLab
• Monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Logstash, or ELK Stack
• Experience on cloud security, infrastructure security and network architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional skills:

• Cloud certifications are always a plus
• Containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of modern programming technologies and approaches (micro services and events, design patterns, TDD etc.)
• Familiarity with embedded/device software and development practices
• Ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate across multiple groups and disciplines
