Job Purpose: Our teammate in this role will have core responsibilities in designing, building, and maintaining reusable & reliable embedded systems of Orxa Energies. Your purpose is to ensure the best architecture is built for Orxa’s performance systems. For a driven & ambitious candidate, this is a strong growth opportunity with exposure to all aspects of Embedded Systems in a tech-driven hardware start-up.

Experience:  

Must have minimum 2 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining reusable and reliable code in C/C++ for embedded systemso   Automotive industry experience would be valuable, but not mandatory

Required Skills

-  Knowledge of peripheral interfaces/communication protocols, such as I2C, SPI, CAN, UART/USART is a must

-        Knowledge of bootloaders, power management for microcontrollers is a must

-        Knowledge of basic peripherals such as GPIOs, Timers/Counters, PWM module is a must

-        Should be familiar with ARM Cortex-M/ARM Cortex-R based microcontrollers

-        Knowledge of Git is essential -        Experience with Linux is a plus -        Experience with debugging using JTAG is a plus

-        Experience with ARM Cortex A7/A8 is a plus

-        Experience with IDEs such as Code Composer Studio, visual Studio Code, STMCubeIDE etc is a plus

-        Experience with debugging tools such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes is a plus

-        Experience with IoT and connectivity protocols such as BLE, Zigbee etc is a plus

-        Knowledge of RTOS concepts, and experience with open source/closed source RTOSs such as FreeRTOS is a plus
