We are hiring for Client Partners for Bangalore/Mumbai - primarily looking for people who love solving exciting problems through first-rate execution (JD Attached).

Roles and responsibilities

The core responsibility of the Client Partner is to work with clients through the entire journey with Qure.ai to deliver a seamless product experience for all key stakeholders, maximize and assess the impact of Al in their environment and grow these partnerships by exploring new use cases of Qure's products for the client. • Manage clients from project delivery, post-deployment engagement, and feedback and drive growth for key accounts by supporting renewals and upsells

• Collaborate with Qure's Al scientists and engineering teams for supporting client needs and solving technical challenges

• Actively work with product teams for product feedback and paving product roadmap

• Work on internal processes and systems with a focus on improving product delivery and project executions

• Engage with various stakeholders in the client organization to produce research outcomes and collaborative efforts Skills and Expertise

• Strong analytical skills, expertise with Excel and PowerPoint

• Self-starter and quick learner, passionate and driven individual with problem-solving skills and empathy toward clients

• Excellent communication skills with a comfort level in interacting with all strata of the organizations

• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry are a plus Experience 1-5 years of experience, preferably in client-facing roles. The Healthcare industry is a plus Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai
