Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and tap the various relationships in Mid-Market space (i.e. businesses with revenue between INR 300 Cr – INR 1000 Cr) for working capital and term loan requirements. This profile involves both acquisition of new relationships and deepening of existing relationships
  • Proposal Appraisal : Preparing Credit Appraisal Memorandums and presenting them to the sanctioning Authorities. Understanding the queries of internal stakeholders and getting the same resolved
  • Negotiation: Discussing and negotiating legal documents, pricing and transaction related structures with customer and internal stakeholders
  • Portfolio Management – Ensuring control and quality of the portfolio, using available triggers and adherence to risk management guidelines and policies
