SUMMARY OF POSITION :
As a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst you will create dashboard reports, working with developers, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations, and attending feedback sessions to improve systems
What you get to do in this role :
- Understand detailed requirements from Business analyst and work with team to develop approach for reporting
- Perform complex data analysis, design, support, and documentation
- Develop, maintain and manage advanced reporting, analytics, and other BI solutions
- Reviews and improves report configurations and suggest metrics to improve report performance metrics
- Ability to provide advance methods to provide BI solution and translate business needs into visualizations with advanced concepts
- Write unit tests and database queries to validate the accuracy of the report data and ensure the quality of visualizations
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has :
- Experience Level of 5 to 8 years
- Pharmaceutical/Clinical domain knowledge/Experience preferred
- Perform complex data analysis, design, support, and documentation
- Understand detailed requirements from Business analyst and work with team to develop approach for reporting
- Tableau expert - alteast 5 years of professional experience
- With an ability to create interactive solutions for data visualizations with advanced capabilities and create dashboards using KPIs (complex metric calculations)
- Extensive experience with advance analysis actions, LOD calculations, parameters, sets, groups, identifying outliers using statistical methods, forecasting
- Have exposure to multiple BI Tableau implementations in the areas of designing interfaces and dashboards
- Ability to write complex PL/SQL queries using SQL Developer Plus
- Able to work in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple issues.
- Excellent Communication (verbal and writing)
