Roles & responsibilities : -

Apply knowledge of Rails 4+- Guide and help peers on need basis- Comprehend performance issues and solve them- Knowledge of Git (including merging, branching and resolving merge conflicts)

Desired skills :-

Strong knowledge in Ruby on Rails.- Ability to understand the existing code structure.- Ability to work independently.- Knowledge of cloud storage system.- Configuring and deploying application in different environments- Good communication skills

Technical Skills :-

RVM or similar management tools for Ruby- Knowledge of all aspects of Ruby on Rails- Strong in MVC concept in Rails- Model associations.- Sessions and excessive usage of it.- Providing REST APIs to other services- Fetching data from other servers- Background jobs- Storing files/documents in AWS S3 or any other storage services.- Usage of common gems like paperclip, devise,- Basic knowledge of Javascript, AJAX queries, AngularJS, Bootstrap.
