The incumbent will be responsible for creating engagement strategies for customers to develop/strengthen business relationships. The broad responsibilities include:

• Tracking Billing Milestones
• Maintaining BAU (Business As Usual) /UEOB (UnExecuted Order Book)
➢ Brand Building
• Generate Client references
• Support Marketing in creating artifacts
QUALIFICATION / SKILLS REQUIRED
- The incumbent should be a Graduate in Technology/IT. MBA/Post-Graduate in management will be preferred. The incumbent should have 4 to 6 years of total experience with 2-3 years as customer Success manager. Must have:
➢ Understanding ofthe software product market dynamics and software development processes.
➢ Possess excellent relationship, communication and customer relationship management skills.
➢ Exhibit strong leadership qualitiesthrough quick decision-making and change management & strong analytical ability. ➢ Experience in Banking domain will be preferred
➢ Good experience in MS-Office and documentation skills.
➢ Willingness to travel for Short term/Long term within US and work as per project requirements.
