Role : Team Lead (PHP)

Job Description :

• We are looking for a Team Lead (PHP) responsible for managing the development process and provide technical leadership to projects or components of products.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization & visualization to technology mapping and final execution including scope/change requests.
• Guide team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the Development plan.
• Manage, mentor and provide technical guidance/support to the team.
• Review & improve code, performance, stability and scalability of deliverables.
• Monitor development & unit-testing activities and report project progress.
• Hands-on with Coding.

Skills And Qualifications :

• 6-9 years of experience in PHP development (Core PHP, Laravel).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in modern HTML/CSS.
• Excellent skills and experience with Apache, MySQL, Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, Design Patterns.
• Proven experience in planning, execution, and implementation of high-quality software projects including experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
