Experience Requirements: 1-5 years
Responsibilities
• Generate qualified opportunities by cold calling, prospecting & researching in the target market (USA).
• Do rigorous research on companies and build an effective sales pipeline.
• Strike and initiate conversations, set up meetings & demos with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.
• Develop pitch materials that clearly define the benefits of a partnership with 123Stores, making sure each pitch is suited to the unique needs of that brand. • Be the face of 123Stores and deliver the "pitch" and then lead the continued follow-up with the brands through the full sales cycle to conversion.
• Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.
• Smoothly transition the brands to a Customer Success Manager after signup.
Profile 2: People Success (HRBP)
Experience Requirements: 1-5 years
Responsibilities
• Enable a culture that is in line with the organization's practices by the advocacy of the same to the employees as well as the stakeholders.
• Lead in an informal 'roll up your sleeves and get it done' manner that is perceived to be people centric, effective and marked by a high level of energy. • Analyze trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, performance management, pulse sessions and recommend interventions backed by data.
• Develop and deploy culture building initiatives and implement a high-performance culture.
• Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analysis and action planning based on survey results • Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring associates based on business forecasts
Profile 3: AVP- Equity Sales/ Investor Outreach
Experience Requirements: 5-10 years
Responsibilities
• You will be required to identify, research & prospect potential investors for the Company (portfolio managers, analysts, fund managers, traders, high net worth individuals, family offices, venture capital companies).
• Do rigorous research on investors and build an effective investor pipeline.
• Strike and initiate conversations, set up meetings & demos with high-profile personas of investors you are prospecting.
• Cultivate relationships with research analysts ensuring that company information is disseminated, and research coverage is increased for the company.
• Develop pitch materials that clearly outline our business and growth potential.
• Lead/Support equity fundraising from private/growth equity funds, venture capitals, corporates.
• Develop a robust investor outreach strategy and framework; Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering the shareholder value.
