

Responsibilities
• P&L responsibility of the client portfolio and/or offerings
• Lead and nurture a consulting team for client engagements, market development. Offerings/solution building and thought leadership
• Interact with client stakeholders (typically CDO, CIO, Functional leaders etc.) on industry trends, business imperatives and technology priorities. Conduct solution and program scoping
• Lead solution discussions working with the Tech / Architect/ Product teams and facilitate program related deliberations
• Own and lead consulting engagements and technology-led transformation programs
• Co-own sales initiatives and marketing efforts. Support Bid management/ Proposal making efforts providing business and domain inputs
• Conceptualize and co-build (with the tech team) offerings and solutions proactively based on market needs
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Consulting leaders or industry practitioners with 15+ years of experience
• Expertise in any two functional areas – Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, Customer Relationship Sales, Channel Management, After market and Service
• Exposure to one or two industry segments – Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, CPG or HiTech
• Hands on experience in the capacity of Advisory or Business Consulting or Domain Consulting or Product Management leaders
• Excellent communication skills
• Team leadershipGood to have
• Cross functional team leadership – team of Consultants, Project Managers, Architects, Tech SMEs etc.
• End to end technology-led transformation program experience
• Experience in business planning, budgeting, solution / portfolio strategy, and people strategy
• Global experience, especially stints in the US, Europe or Japan
