1. Directly resposible for the business sales
2. Lead the team ensuring right metrics are tracked from top to bottom
3. Build the team for every city and its territory
4. Build systems and processes to manage the sales
5. Motivate the team and build engagement model around it
6. In Depth understanding of the consumer and customer insights
7. Work with the core founding team to develop the right business plan
8. Build the budgets and the targets keeping the overall business direction along with the core founding team
