Senior Manager, Business & Growth, Swiggy Meat Stores
Swiggy Meat Stores aims to become one of the largest online delivery platforms for Fresh Meat Delivery in India. We are on our way to create a meaningful business that brings unparalleled convenience to the lives of consumers. The Senior Manager for the Business & Growth Team will own and drive some of the most critical aspects of holistic long term scalable growth to transform it into a highly sticky and loved service for the consumer.
In this role, you will -
- Work closely with Product on key strategic initiatives over the next few months to achieve desired category positioning and serve the consumer value proposition
- Define and execute the long term roadmap for holistic growth and User Activation of the business - Driving Organic non-incentivized Retention and Repeat Rate by improving the consumer experience, driving Funnel Conversion improvements, and user journey optimizations
- Create highly engaged users by exponentially improving session quality via enriched assortment, low out-of-stock instances, all-encompassing rating mechanisms for better consumer feedback loop with Swiggy and of Swiggy with brands, better order accuracy with negligible cancellations and higher fill rates
- Build consumer trust in freshness and quality of the product and deliver a strong proposition centered around the same
- Improve the consumer journey by incorporating an array of brilliant basics for the business - rich catalog experience, for instance
- Collaborating with the Strategy and Product teams to define the product roadmap of the business
You are/have -
- 4-6 years of work experience with at least 2-3 years of your recent experience in consumer tech
- Driven significant goodness on projects pertaining to Retention, Repeat Rates, Conversion in the past
- Enjoyed working in cross-functional setups and thrive in ambiguity
- Know how to put method to madness and have a keen eye for consumer-backwards growth opportunities
- Get excited about new seemingly impossible problem statements, and demonstrate a strong ‘Never Settle’ approach towards them. Simply put, you like to defy odds when they are stacked against you.
- Operate with a strong Founder Mindset and care deeply about the business and consumers - your intrinsic motivation is unparalleled.
- Are eager to learn and have the hunger to grow
- Possess strong communication and influencing skills - a must-have for this role
- Skilled at analyzing large amounts of data to derive insights that you then turn into reality - you know that only data wouldn’t work nor will only execution; you know that the beauty is in the marriage of the two
