Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Vice President, Growth is a key leadership role at MPS Limited, and will be pivotal as we further accelerate our rapid growth, both organic and inorganic. The selected candidate will be working in close partnership with the senior leadership team at MPS, including our CEO. This role cuts across multiple functions – you will design, build, and lead our pre-sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to drive up organic growth. The VP, Growth will also be an integral part of our continued efforts towards inorganic growth through synergistic acquisitions across our verticals.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design and build a central growth engine within MPS focused on leveraging the synergy between the three business segments - Content Solutions, Platform, and eLearning to maximize cross-sell revenue.
- Establish revenue operations. Improve efficiency of sales teams, optimize revenue process, and improve revenue performance.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of high-performing growth marketers. Create and implement the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.
- Own the marketing budget to drive growth.
- Develop and deliver a sales and marketing strategy in line with company growth plans. Lead execution of the strategy and take ownership for results.
- Identify key inorganic growth opportunities for the MPS business segments and work closely with senior leadership across the lifecycle of every acquisition - including planning, research, due diligence, closing, and integration activities.
- Position MPS as a thought leader in the market by identifying innovative marketing avenues.
- Own MPS’ participation in key industry events; design a sales strategy specifically for these events.
- Build a strong digital presence for MPS and its subsidiaries to boost inbound interest.

- Experience with M&A is a plus, but not mandatory.
- At least 10 years of experience in growth/marketing.
- MBA from a top-tier institute.
