Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop a strategic business plan for the multiple brands/ categories in collaboration with marketing & sales department
  • Formulate Marketplace Strategies, development and implementation of product/brand plan with objective of revenue, profitability & market share. 
  • Develop sales plan and monitor growth and conduct periodic sales review.
  • Managing and allocation of the 3P Ecommerce marketing budget, while achieving ROAS optimization
  • Define and implement e-commerce and marketing strategies. Ensure that the operational marketing plan is in line with overall marketing plan and prioritize to achieve the sales targets
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing e-commerce accounts. Analyze market trends and provide valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling and marketing strategies
  • Identify target audiences, plan marketing activities to achieve volume estimations, review products and execute promotions to ensure product movements.
  • Conceptualizing product specific promotional inputs, campaign and other activities for e-Commerce Platforms like Amazon, Amazon Pantry, Flipkart, Bigbasket etc. and associated sellers for better reach and visibility
  • Identification & launch of new products in line with objectives. Take care of marketing collaterals for the branding of the new product & prepare plan, budget and executing the launch of the products in coordination with sales team and marketing team at Head office
  • Managing vendors/ team members throughout the vertical for efficient management
  • Identify potential automation opportunities in operational activities to achieve efficiency and productivity gains; ensuring that the mundane and predictable becomes automated, so the team can focus on more productive pieces



Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2-8 years of E-commerce experience with Consumer Brands/ Marketplace platforms
  • Candidate having relevant work experience in FMCG segment is preferred 
  • Demonstrated understanding of eCommerce KPIs, analytics, reporting and processes
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
  • Strong project management and analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.


Educational Qualification: 

MBA Graduate (Certification/ specialization in Advertising & Brand Management preferred)


Remuneration:

Negotiable, based on the current compensation & benefits
