The ideal candidate will efficiently and quickly write PHP in a timely and scalable way in order to improve the code-base of the company's products in meaningful ways. This candidate will be able to test the code and make adjustments where necessary. They should also be experience in contributing to the whole software design lifecycle.

To plan & develop an Enterprise Product Architecture in open source technology in an agile development environment. Be a mentor to a team of developers and lead the project.

Exposure to manage & deliver independent projects, end to end. 8+ years of experience

Management:

• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support.
• Hands On experience for building internal & external APIs for web applications using OPEN API Standards
• Understand the functional & non-functional requirements; validate the requirements from the end-users perspective and help team to build prototype
• Prepare and maintain applications utilizing standard development tools
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
• Strong communication skills.

Technical:

• Advanced knowledge of Laravel Framework and MVC design patterns.
• Advanced Hands-on Experience in Frontend development using VueJS / Angular / ReactJS
• Advanced Hands-on Experience in REST APIs Development
• Advanced Hands-on Experience in MySQL profiling and query optimization.
• Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
• Web Application deployment in AWS Cloud or Google Cloud
• Experience with Server optimization.
• Experience with Git based version control.
