Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation and support in making strategic roadmap for the organization
• Coordination with Business & Functions in framing their strategic initiatives, tracking progress, implementing changes, and driving new initiatives as needed.
• Preparation of templates/presentations etc. as needed.
• Competitor analysis (Financial and non-financial) and benchmarking with best global practices
• Piloting various construction technologies with the business and support in company-wide adoption
• Co-ordination with external parties like consultants, vendors etc. for various initiatives and implementation of specific tasks
• Organize and co-ordinate for strategy events like conclaves, workshops, bootcamps etc. for brainstorming
• Drive and co-ordinate process changes if required in co-ordination with respective functions
• Data analysis to convert data into knowledge for predictive analysis, resolving bottlenecks and improving overall efficiency
• Conducting research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
• Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocations with the organizational strategy.
• Support in change Management and innovative strategies to be implemented.
• Study sector outlook where the company presently operates, new areas of growth/products/segments which are in line with organizational strategy.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for various ad-hoc assignments in line with organizational strategy.
• Prepare and develop analysis from various data (Like SAP, Dashboard) share key findings, projections, and recommend actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Construction Industry preferably from the Contracting Business Background will be a good fit for this profile.
• The incumbent should have good exposure in the Financial aspect of business in various stages of the construction projects.
• Must be good in data analysis available in SAP and dashboards and recommend projections and actions.
