The Practice – A Brief Sketch

We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

As part of the Technology Strategy & Advisory team, you will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance.

• Demonstrate good analytical skills to understand client’s ‘as-is’ state and propose cloud strategy

• Apply your knowledge of cloud to define cloud migration strategy and policies to deliver quick wins and long-term benefits to clients

• Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains

Qualifications

Your experience counts!

• MBA from a tier 1 institute

• Your prior experience in one or more of the following is important –

o Cloud Assessment: Cloud readiness maturity assessment, planning and assessment of cloud solutions/platforms, application assessment and migration planning, cloud operating model design, TCO and platform vendor evaluation

o Cloud Architecture: Experience with private, public and hybrid cloud architectures, pros/cons, Microservices architecture and Hybrid cloud integration architecture

o Cloud-native application development, DevOps and data integration across and within cloud platform

o Cloud Migration: Delivering cloud migration roadmaps and managing execution from a project management perspective.

o Cloud Deployment across various hyper-scaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and models (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS), containers and virtualization platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.)

• Help solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment

• Oversee the production and implementation of solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure / application architecture, development and operating models

• Deep experience within one or more of the following Industries: Banking, Capital Markets, Telecom, Media, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Retail or Consumer Goods

• Experience in working with large US and UK&I clients (Preferred)

• Certifications- Cloud Architect Certified (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
