TEAM LEAD - REACT NATIVE DEVELOPER 

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer who can lead our apps team and interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. You will be working alongside a multicultural team and hence require good communication and team working capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product / Business teams to convert requirements into granular tasks.
• Lead a team of highly motivated developers and ensure that the timelines for the tasks are met.
• Ensure that the quality of code, performance of the apps is exceptional.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrable experience in developing mobile apps. With at least 5 years spend on hands-on React Native development.
• Demonstrable experience of leading the development for applications that are used by hundreds of thousands of users. 
• Have led a team of developers in the past and managed sprints for the same along with PM’s.
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code.
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Knowledge of the overall browser rendering behaviour and measuring and optimising performance.
• Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like Git, BitBucket.
