Radisys, a 100% subsidiary of Jio Platforms Limited (Reliance Industries Ltd Group) is a technology transformation company working on some of the most advanced telecommunication technologies like Edge-Cloud, Software Defined Access Technologies, 5G, IOT, Cloud platforms and so on. As part of its new chapter under Reliance, Radisys is on a mission to create world class networking and communication products. This position is for such new product initiatives that are being developed out of Radisys Bangalore R&D center and deployed across large telecom operator networks across the world.

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for Senior Software Engineer that is adept at the following:

•    Responsible for Technical Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation and Integration of 5G/LTE, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and other similar connectivity-based products.
•   You will also be responsible for design and implementation of software security for embedded devices
• You will be owning design and development of specific software modules
•    Should be able to root cause technical problems and find optimum solution in quick time
•    Your responsibility may include Improvement and maintenance of existing software stacks

Skillset & Experience:

• Highly proficient in C and embedded Linux development
•   Working knowledge in C++ would be expected
•  Working experience in Linux Networking as such DHCP, DNS, IPFW and related area would be expected
•   Strong knowledge of Middleware/Application on Linux or similar OS, ARM processor architecture with SOC
•   Knowledge of Web technologies such as, CGI-Win, HTML, http is an asset
•   Knowledge of mobile telecommunications technologies, particularly LTE and emerging 5G
• Work experience in Qualcomm Mobile chipsets, QCRIL will be an
•  Experience dealing with Linux community and Open-Source contribution a plus
•   Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices
• Must be a dynamic, autonomous, and team-oriented individual.
•  Knowledge of hardware and low-level development is an asset
•  Technical knowledge in Embedded Software Security, DAC, MAC, SMACK and SE-Linux will be advantage
