Responsibilities

• Be a part of the City Sales/Operations team
• Manage a team of 20-25 on field sales associates/painters
• Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions and own implementation end-to-end
• Be the quality custodian of your city ensuring superlative customer experience
• Be responsible for your city performance including owning demand and revenue number
• Identify city-specific nuances which may aid or hamper city performance and devise solutions around them.

Requirement

• Undergrad from Tier-1/2 college (Mandatory)
• Past experience in managing sales or operations is a core requirement for this role, for example ops focusedstartups such as Grofers, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, Oyo
• High degree of comfort on Excel and strong data analysis skills
• 1-3 years of experience (full-time)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL
• Past experience in a hyper growth start-up
• Past experience in managing small on-ground fleet
