Job Designation : Assistant Manager/Manager – Pharma Regulatory Affairs Solution Specialist


Skills Required:

  •     Lifesciences PG/MBA with 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical regulatory Consulting services Industry.
  •   Product Regulatory and Market Entry Strategy
  •  Regulatory hands-on experience in new drug applications across markets/AMR or EUA
  •  Regulatory expertise in M1 to M5 (Review, authoring etc.,)
  •     Strong presentation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •   Ability to propose appropriate winning solutions and operating modules to the clients.
  • A self-driven and technically sound individual who can help grow company top line by proposing new and existing solutions/ capabilities in an impactful manner.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.


Job Description: 

  •  Conceptualize and develop solutions of assigned Proposals (RFP, RFI, RFQ), Reports, Process documents etc as per company quality standards with minimum intervention from your managers and ensuring the correct usage of English language grammar, flow, accuracy, sentence structure/rephrasing (if required), format and clarity.
  • Hold the thread on RFPs, RFIs, RFQs across the multiple stakeholders organize meetings and bring in external partners/ vendors as required.
  •   Support the Business development process globally by convincing internal and external stakeholders about the value proposition of the proposed solution.
  •   Conducting solutioning discussions and proposal reviews with all levels of leadership.· 
  •  Create impactful presentation and supporting material to enable selling and business development activities.
  •   Work closely with the subject matter expert and the delivery experts within the organization to put forth new capabilities/ solutions in front of clients in most effective manner.
  •   Creation and review of various pricing models – outcome-based pricing, time & material based pricing, and fixed unit-based pricing.·        
  •    Provide consultative support to the team on product classification and Regulatory requirements as needed.
  • Help in Business unit growth by proactively looking for new areas where we can pitch / cross sell solutions to existing and new customers.
