What you will be doing

1. Guide architecture, messaging and naming for our brand, current and future, progressively and effectively.

2. Ensure our brands come to life in the desired way in all they do.

3. Develop processes and guidelines for brand positioning, visual and voice identity.

4. Define and design Volvere-branded experiences that are human, approachable, inclusive, and informed.

5. Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor technical quality standards and creative integrity on our brand.

6. Drive creative programs of work of a variety of natures, partnering cross-functionally with design, content, campaigns, digital, events and product marketing

7. Shape and direct creative strategy and deliverables for the website, email, organic and paid social media, display banner ads, print media, school materials, and other marketing channels

8. Ensure all we do is measured rigorously and sensitively - develop new and modern longitudinal measurement frameworks to track and manage key brands.

9. Provide creative thought leadership and continually identifying new opportunities to take creative performance to the next level

10. Lead, inspire and motivate your creative team to create and deliver influential, innovative, best-in-class initiatives that drive business goals.

11. Create organized systems and processes that can be easily replicated in the future for a different application or campaign.

12. Deliver design assets for print production and work closely with vendors to produce direct mail, print brochures, event collateral, and more.

13. Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, assisting in establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers and project managers.

14. Analyze creative performance and using data to guide our overall strategy

15. Ensure that brand and design elements are consistently applied.

16. Maintain design libraries, style guides, and templates.

17. Design and continually optimise creative production processes in collaboration with key partners across marketing.


What we expect

1. A candidate for this position must have had at least 3 years of working experience developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage offline and online mediums/channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs and messages.

2. The candidate must also have had experience in demand generation marketing tactics and strategies in addition to having vast experience in digital marketing channels and tactics inclusive of display advertising, SEM/SEO, social media, email, and so forth.

3. Are an excellent leader – with strong managerial and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best.

4. Are an impeccable communicator – with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as storytelling and presentation skills.

5. Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership

6. Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

7. Ability to write compelling ad copy and scripts that drive potential customers to convert

8. Are resilient under pressure and against deadlines.

9. You want to bring completely new, content-driven ideas to the table

10. A passion for brand strategy: you can define strategies, ideas, and concepts and effectively communicate them in compelling ways that inspire action

11. Built brands in the B2B/B2C space

12. Experience establishing and/or scaling brand design systems

13. Research and drive content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations

14. Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results quarterly

15. Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites, and blogs, for opportunities for the organization

16. Measure our PR successes with awareness and impact.

17. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
