The IMS – Integrated Marketing Services supports the Global and Regional communication requirements, developing strategy, global & regional campaigns, tactical assets and regional adapts. We are looking for communication strategy and customer insight enthusiast to impact Maersk business growth as a part of the IMS Team To know more about everything
This role will report to their respective department leads, Job Level 5, based out of Bangalore, India. This role is for Communication Insights and Strategy in a team called Integrated Marketing solutions (IMS)

What you will do
- Take a lead role in ensuring that our marketing activities are insights based
- Ensure the voice of our customer is reflected in our marketing & communication efforts
- Develop unique POVs based on insights and trends to guide stakeholder marketing and communication strategy using first and third-party data
- Become a subject matter expert across different business verticals for regular knowledge and best practise sharing
- Secondary research on category, competitive and business trends
- Develop strong insights from analysis of existing customer research
- Write creative briefs in a way that inspires great creative work
- Create strong presentations of customer insights influencing decision makers and creative briefing
- Develop campaign and communication strategies to support global and local campaigns and develop actionable insights for creative team and marketers
Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years relevant work experience with 8+ years in communication strategy, preferably in an agency environment
- Exposure with tools and frameworks for building marketing strategies — segmentation, consumer profiling, creative brief writing, consumer journey mapping, communication planning and insight mining
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent listening skills, Self-starter with a strong initiative
- Strong Presentation skills, writing and storytelling to inspire
- Master’s with a major in Marketing
- Comfort and expertise working with multiple data sources in building strategies
- Curiosity to dig deep and learn new ways of insight mining from large databases
- Ability to participate and manage projects that involve stakeholders from multiple disciplines (such as data analytics, creative, strategy, research, etc.) in different locations.
- Empathy, belief in the power of teamwork and the good intent of people
