Job Description

Come and join us Intel Security Architecture and Engineering team is looking for highly qualified candidates to join our IP development team. This position is for Presilicon verification engineers in Penang to be part of a worldwide development team Security is a key pillar of Intels vision and commitment to customers. Do you want to be part of a new team developing security hardware for Intel products If so this might be the team for you. Presilicon verification engineers play a critical role in our IP development team. They engage with the architects to learn and understand the intended hardware functionality and then they develop directed and constrained random tests to ensure correct behavior.Our engineers are involved through the full validation product cycle from new feature assessment presilicon planning environment creation test execution and emulation and postsilicon debug support as needed. Quality is a core value at Intel and the presilicon verification engineers play an important role in ensuring quality in our designs working as a team with the architecture and RTL developers to ensure correct functionality. Success is defined by zero bugs found by downstream customers of our IP design which is a significant challenge and the opportunities to learn are large. Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering Computer Science or related field
  • Some experience in developing test benches using System Verilog language and UVM OVM methodology developing test plans creating tests and closing functional coverage

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of security principles
  • Experience with security test plans
  • Experience in programming with C Perl Python
  • Experience with supporting postsilicon bring up and debug
