Job Description

Performs logic design, Register Transfer Level (RTL) coding, and simulation to generate cell libraries, functional units, and subsystems for inclusion in full chip designs. Participates in the development of Architecture and Microarchitecture specifications for the Logic components. Provides IP integration support to SoC customers and represents RTL team.

IP Designer to handle all aspects of client and server memory SS needs - including MEMSS uarch, design and integration of memory controller, PHY, ECC, encryption and all other global requirements

• Development of constraints and support timing closure at SoC level
• Verification support and debug at IP, SS and SoC level
• Post-Si debug and support

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
• Experience with design principles and techniques in at least two of the following areas:-
• Microarchitecture and RTL design
• Digital logic and optimizations, Memory Controller and DDR PHY, IP Design implementation and PPA requirements, crossfunctional expertise and collaboration with Architecture, Validation, Physical Design, Timing signoff and PostSi.
