Job Title: Lead Engineer - Backend

Tech: JavaScript/NodeJS

Role:

We are looking for Backend engineers who have a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems. You should be able to work collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, UX designers and developers. Should have strong understanding of JavaScript/NodeJS, algorithms and relational database concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of security and data protection
• Translate designs into high quality code
• Design and build high performance, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance and quality of the application
• Use of complex algorithm to build the business requirements

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/NodeJS, algorithms and relational database
• Understanding project complexities and working with Agile Software Development
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• Seamless Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Working Knowledge with one of SQL/ NoSQL Databases like MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra,MongoDB
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and/or Microservices is preferred.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
