Hi, we are looking for a co-founder for my start-up , a company that offers programs for children in grades 3-8 to nurture cognitive skills and HoTS. We work extensively with schools directly and through a network of Business Partners across the world.

Position is based in Chennai and as a co-founder you will be responsible for overall Business Development through school partnerships and Business Partners.

You are expected to have a successful track record in selling educational products/services to schools.

You will be responsible for

· Build, plan and implement the overall Sales & Marketing strategy

· Manage the strategy

· Manage and train the rest of the team

· Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

· Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels

· Measure ROI and KPIs

· Prepare and manage budgets

· Oversee all the social media accounts

· Measure and manage online content

· Anticipate sales performance trends

· Organize and lead the marketing team

· Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

I’m looking for someone who can work full time on the initiative. Equity, compensation depending upon experience + Revenue sharing until we can support you full-time .
