Job Description:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in DB2 LUW administration.
• Hand on experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring backup, Recovery, IBM data server manager.
• Experience with automation and scripting in Shell scripting.
• Experience with configuring and usage of DB2DIAG and notification LOGS, snapshot and event monitoring
• Experience with use of problem and change management tools.
• Perform Health check activities, space management and Maintenance i.e. Reorg and Runstats utilities
• User management and BAU activities.
• DB2 disaster recovery methods including point in time recovery.
• Good Team player, Self-starter.
• Willing to take accountability and drive projects/tasks to completion.
• 24/7 on call support for DB2 portfolio and applications.
