Responsibilities-

• Troubleshooting - Knowledge on basic Troubleshooting on OS & Application related issues Troubleshooting knowledge on the issues faced by application L1 team during daily activities.
• Application Understanding: Basic level Troubleshooting on Apache Tomcat, IIS, HIS, MQ, WAS Techno functional knowledge on applications (Payments system, Core Banking)
• Technical and functional understanding of banking fundamentals about transaction flows. Understanding the technical & functional specifications on application level.
• Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and debugging of the applications. Knowledge on implementation and testing of the application.
• Knowledge about enhancement and maintenance. Basic understanding and knowledge on VMware using P2V & V2V technology.
• Supporting the application and resolve day to day ticket. Co-ordination with vendor for application installation & testing
