Job Title: Java Developer         

JOB ROLE:

• We’re looking for a Java Developer to join our team and be a part of Product Implementation which implements Platform Integration Products for various Fortune 500 customers.
• You will work very closely with other teams that implement the Phenom Core TXM Platform.

• You will need systems analysis to understand and analyze platform integration requirements for a specific customer product implementation. Our developers need to be able to Identify gaps, seek clarifications, and highlight potential areas for customizations as well as map customer requirements to Phenom’s platform integrations product.
• You will also need to be able to implement platform integration configurations using Phenom’s platform integrations product and write custom code where required
• In this role, you will perform code review, unit testing and fix defects, if any as well as work with QA team in fixing functional, integration, and regression defects.
• Production deployments and production validations and production support, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations are also Java Developer responsibilities.  

To be successful in this role, you must have the following

• The focus is on system analysis, and problem-solving.
• 3-5 years of experience in product implementations in systems integrations area
• Good coding, unit testing, and troubleshooting is a MUST - in Java, REST, SOAP, JSON, and Mongo DB.
• Good communication skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly.
• Experience in working with multiple customer projects in Agile/Scrum methods.

Education

Bachelors Degree Preferred

Work Experience

2-12 years of experience in product implementations in systems integrations area.
