We are looking for someone with high expertise in rails with knowledge of other domains. The ideal candidate should be a smart learner and should know how to learn.

The candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities

• Architecting and designing scalable backend systems with development of micro services.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code and reviewing others code.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Creating unit tests using RSpec and setting up CI/CD pipeline
• Atleast 2 years solid experience in rails with minimum two projects' development from start to end.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Solid understanding of deploying and maintaining Rails apps within the AWS ECS environment with multi workers architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
